摘要(Abstract):
为提高大采高液压支架结构件和机械加工件质量以及装配后整机的力学性能和使用寿命,对现有液压支架生产制造工艺进行改进。以ZY15000/29/63大采高液压支架为研究对象,分析了现有液压支架生产制造工艺在自动化控制、实时监测方面的不足,据此制定了合理的液压支架结构件选材、自动整版下料、先进坡口加工和焊接工艺,大直径立柱、缸筒、活柱等机械加工件加工工艺以及支架的装配、检验试验工艺。研究表明:制定的板材整体喷丸、整版下料切割、焊接实时监测以及焊前、焊后处理等方法,能有效提高结构件性能,刮削、滚光复合加工方法能显著提高缸筒加工精度,样机压架试验技术能促进产品设计优化。
In order to improve the quality of the high cutting hydraulic powered support structure and the mechanical processing parts as well as the mechanics performances and service life of the whole machine assembled,improvements were conducted on the manufacturing technique of the available hydraulic powered supports. Based on the ZY15000/29/63 mode high cutting hydraulic powered support as the study object,the paper analyzed the shortages of the automatic control and real time monitoring and measuring in the production and manufacturing techniques of the available hydraulic powered supports. Therefore,the material selection of the structure parts,automatic full plate cutting,advanced beveling machining and welding technique,the large diameter leg,cylinder,piston and other machined parts processing technique as well as the assembling and inspection test technique were rationally set up. The study showed that the steel plate wholly shot blasting,full steel plate stock cutting,welding real time monitoring and measuring,the processing before and after the welding and other method determined could effectively improve the performances of the structure parts. The scraping and tumbling composite processing method could obviously improve the cylinder processing accuracy and the pressurized powered support test technology of the prototype would promote the optimization of product design.
